After speaking to a few other realtors, it was easy to see that Katy seemed to listen and understand my thoughts and opinions of what I wanted. She would explain and give me opinions or comparisons, but in the end always allowed me make the final decision. She notices the fine details of a property to point out to potential buyers, and gets a professional photographer who knows all the important tips on how to photograph and video the property allowing those looking online to experience the walk-thru as if they are actually there. Katy is a gem. She is always available for my calls and we had 2 very exhausting days of viewing homes due to me being from out of town. I met her through Zillow and we set up viewings that very day I contacted her then came back to the area 2 different times. She came to my closing, even though we were in the Covid 19 shutdown, keeping social distancing and wearing a mask. Katy is very detail minded when it comes to the process of selling and purchasing homes. She was available when we needed information and she would get the information to us quickly. She has a positive demeanor and a thorough understanding of the market. My only caution regards the home warranty policy she purchased as a gift to us. Twice we have purchased homes with Katy and attempted to use the home warranty policy at different times within the agreement period and for different needs. Both times the company stated reasons why they wouldn't provide service even though the services were listed on the agreement. We are dissatisfied with this home warranty company. However, Katy has been very helpful in trying to resolve our issues with this company. We are not surprised by her assistance and attempts to rectify the situation as she always represents our needs well and cares about our happiness with the buying and selling process. We highly recommend Katy to others in need of an expert Real Estate Agent.
