Josh and Virginia Rowland are a fantastic realtor team! They were not only very good at taking our meandering and inexperienced requirements and finding us houses that fit, not only good at guiding us through the bewildering process step by step so we understood what was needed and what was happening at any given time, but they also were really fun to work with the entire time. As first time house buyers, my wife and I were really intimidated by the process and had no idea where to start; the Rowlands were true champions, getting us started, talking to us about logistics we had no concept of, and on house viewings were great at giving tips as to what to look for. Their team works really well, because even if one is busy the other is usually able to talk or meet at a house or whatever you need; I feel it really made the process faster having both of them on top of their game! A true pleasure to partner with on what is a daunting search in a busy area, I would highly recommend the Rowlands to anyone; first time, second time, nine thousandth time buyers.
