Lane was incredible in helping us sell our home, start to finish (listing to closing)! She spent hours and hours reviewing our city and neighborhood’s market conditions, expertly guiding us through improvements, staging, strategy, pricing, working with other professionals, etc. as we worked for weeks making sale preparations. Her communication was amazing; we were constantly chatting, exchanging photos, ideas…all the elements (both easy and tough) that were required. Her expertise was instrumental in coming out ahead amidst a very tough buyers’ market, and we can’t thank her enough. Her tough love paid off, in spades! As if her professionalism and market expertise weren’t top notch enough, she is an amazing person to know. Her warmth and kindness throughout the process couldn’t be topped, and even weeks after closing, she continues to help our family during home transition, offering assistance and insight as we start a new chapter. Way above and beyond. And through our conversations with Lane it was clear that she provided the same love and attention to her other clients. Highest of recommendations from us; thank you Lane!

Lane has been amazing to work with! She actually helped us buy our home and then helped us sell when we needed to relocate! As a buyer’s agent she was incredible- there were multiple offers and the market was a sellers market- she dug in and found what it would take to come outlet on top within our constraints. As a seller’s agent in a rough seller’s market she was able to do the same. She helped us pivot when the market took a turn and helped us get it across the finish line- still within our constraints. She is level headed, extremely experienced, and very good with negotiations. I will not hesitate to use her again or refer her to friends and family.
