He helped us through an insanely tight timeline of selling our CA home to get into our now absolutely amazing home here in Colorado. He was patient with us, as we had to juggle our 4 month old during the process, and he adapted incredibly to so much of the new COVID friendly virtual showings and communication. His honesty and helpfulness got us into a beautiful family home, and his commitment shows through it all, even jumping right into a bathtub that my husband was curious if he himself would fit in haha! Exceptional As a repeat client, I have to say there's a reason I keep coming back! Josh goes above and beyond for me. Even in unprecedented "Covid times" on top of an already chaotic real estate market here in Denver, he was able to get me in my dream home. He is still exceptionally helpful years later (long after our business is complete), and goes out of his way to help me with some of the other technical difficulties which come along with home ownership. If he doesn't have the answer, he will find it! (Even when it doesn't pertain to his scope of work) And so I am forever grateful, and I wouldn't go to anyone else!
