I have known John for nearly ten years and he's a pretty wonderful human and turns out a dang good realtor. We had the privilege of working with Mark and John on the purchase of our new home and I can't recommend them highly enough. They really listen to what you are looking for, NEVER try to upsell you - these guys legitimately want you to get into the best home for you and your family. Their team is incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional. I had the pleasure of touring multiple homes with Mark and I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was on the details and updates in each house - it felt like I was having a mini-inspection on each visit which gave me a better sense of homes I was interested in pursuing or to bin. Eventually, I found my dream house and their team made it happen! Typing this review from my new home as of two weeks ago. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

We worked with both Mark and John to sell our home in Beaverton. They are very knowledgeable about the market and research your specific area to make sure they target the right buyers. They were very honest and upfront with info and strategy - I never felt they were being gimmicky or overselling their services. Both clearly answered any questions we had, responded very quickly to calls or emails, and stuck to the timeline of when we wanted to sell. When we needed to make updates and repairs before showing the house, they had great recommendations for contractors/services and helped us with contacting them. The open house they had was very successful. They were great throughout the entire process - from getting the house ready to sell all the way through final inspection and closing papers. Their hard work paid off for all of us.

And most importantly, when a problem arose during our inspection, he helped the buyers to stay on board and for the house to still be negotiated and sold timely. John has a reputation for being the best realtor in Foster-Powell for a reason, and I'm sure that he is every bit as strong throughout Portland.
