We worked with both Mark and John to sell our home in Beaverton. They are very knowledgeable about the market and research your specific area to make sure they target the right buyers. They were very honest and upfront with info and strategy - I never felt they were being gimmicky or overselling their services. Both clearly answered any questions we had, responded very quickly to calls or emails, and stuck to the timeline of when we wanted to sell. When we needed to make updates and repairs before showing the house, they had great recommendations for contractors/services and helped us with contacting them.
