When I first contacted John, I was only entertaining the idea of selling my FoPo house. He came over and spent over a hour answering my many questions about the process, provided tips for home improvements that would offer the best ROI and even gave me a local contractors that would do the needed work (during Covid) at a reasonable price. 9 months later I contacted him again to list my house. I put 12 years of blood, sweat and tears into restoring that house- a 1929 Mediterranean Revival fixer (a rental for 30 years prior to buying it), so I was very emotionally attached and wanted to understand every facet of the selling process. I had a lot of questions throughout the duration it was listed. I also underestimated the amount of time/effort involved in packing up 95% of our stuff to show the house- so I pushed the listing date 3x before I was ready.
