I am super happy with my experience working with Jessica to sell my house. Her and her whole team including those at the title company made everything so easy and pleasant! They helped me with the many questions I had, made sure to always confirm what our priorities were, and helped us work through obstacles (when our HOA company was slow to respond and when we had a buyer back out). Despite all that, we were still able to close with a different buyer within a week of our original close date!

Beyond being responsive (which is an expected baseline for all real-estate agents), Jess offers her unique network of ecosystem supports (plumers, electrician, handyman, etc... for almost every job, she alwasy "has a guy".). And Jess is also very good at swagging estimates on the fly, which I know is a special skill that doesn't come very easy to other people. Overall, VERY HAPPY!
