Market Knowledge, Communication and Professionalism!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica Jackson, my realtor, last month. Jessica made the process so easy and fun! From the beginning of writing the best offer and securing the property for me to being available each time I had a question or concern; she was always there to offer her guidance and knowledge in this currently semi-crazy market. She explained every question I had and her connections with brokers and contractors were excellent. Jessica also took the lead on getting items taken care of before I had to ask and simply sent me forms through Doc-U-Sign which I appreciated as I work about 45 hours a week!
