There is a lot of anxiety going into a contract to sell your home of 30+ years. Jessica made the process seamless for us. Jessica was able to stay with us every step of the way, from our long winded remodel to the time in which the home had new owners. The level of Jessica's professionalism was key to secure our trust. While it was her personal touch of staying in contact with us (even though we lived 600 miles away) to share photographs of the remodel's progress and offer on-site suggestions that convinced us we made the correct decision. Jessica was great. Selling our first home was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. Leaving behind those memories made and all the firsts our kids had in our home was harder than we expected and Jessica was so patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Jessica per my recent experience working with her as a buyer. First of all she accepted to submit a low offer (which is not always the case with agents) even though the odds of that offer being accepted was objectively very low. Thanks to that and a competitive downpayment we ended up having our offer accepted despite other higher offers on the table. Our closing timeframe was very short and we did not get much cooperation on the buyer side (at least at the beginning) but Jessica always remained calm and composed focusing on the information that mattered the most despite the stress of the short timeline.
