Jesse was introduced to us through a mutual friend and from day one was excellent! He is a very kind, thoughtful, and generous person. He was always professional; was always timely with responses. We were moving from out of state and were on a time line and he listened to our needs and desires for a perfect home and he never gave up. He was able to find a home for us in the timeframe we were needing. Jesse went above and beyond anything I had expected. He was a delight to work with and I highly recommend him to find you a home.

When we decided to list and sell our home, we had one question: Could Jesse Splan be as amazing to work with as he was when we purchased this home? The answer? YES! Jesse helped us from even before listing throughout the entire process. He told us small improvements that would increase our home value, and he was right! He was responsive, educated, and comforting as we waited for an offer to come in. (13 days never seemed so long!) Jesse was very respectful of COVID-19 guidelines, but he did not stop working and making sure all our needs were met. We tried to duplicate him in Minnesota (where we're moving to), but it didn't work... We will miss Jesse, his checking in, and his willingness to always go above and beyond.

Jesse was professional, responsive, and very patient with our changing needs. He was always available for our questions and worked with us through multiple months of placing our home on and off the market. Sotheby's is a highly professional outfit and we are very satisfied sellers. We have experience with other realtors, and this was easily the best. Highly recommend, will use again!

I was nervous about selling our home and trusting in an agent to be dedicated (as we had moved across the country) to the job. Jesse far exceeded my expectations. He was diligent about checking and maintaining our property, courteous with our scheduling, professional, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the sale.
