When we decided to list and sell our home, we had one question: Could Jesse Splan be as amazing to work with as he was when we purchased this home? The answer? YES! Jesse helped us from even before listing throughout the entire process. He told us small improvements that would increase our home value, and he was right! He was responsive, educated, and comforting as we waited for an offer to come in. (13 days never seemed so long!) Jesse was very respectful of COVID-19 guidelines, but he did not stop working and making sure all our needs were met. We tried to duplicate him in Minnesota (where we're moving to), but it didn't work... We will miss Jesse, his checking in, and his willingness to always go above and beyond.
