When I was moving back from the U.K. in late June this year Jennifer was the obvious choice for us to use as our realtor. In the few years prior to moving to the U.K. Jennifer had proven herself to us time and again and although we did not buy a new home at that time and she did not receive any compensation from us for her efforts, she demonstrated a competence, knowledge of her craft, and care factor for my wife and I which was undeniable. At one point I had put $7,000 down on a new home, but we changed our minds late in the process and I was sure we had lost our earnest funds, until a check showed up in the mail. I don't remember Jennifer saying anything about that in advance but she had discussed and worked with the builder rep to get the earnest funds returned to us and it was greatly appreciated. Snap forward a few years and we are leaving the U.K. after spending 3 years there. We appreciate and love Jennifer as a friend, but more importantly, because we were so impressed with her previous support in the past, we contacted her above other personal friendships who had realtor ties. Jennifer sent us many listing options and when we had identified one we were most interested in, she enlisted her husband to do a video walk thru of the house for us, allowing us to ask many questions. Jennifer and her husband are awesome and we really appreciated their help with this because we were buying this house unseen. We are very happy with this house. Jennifer is not only a fantastic realtor and friend, but someone who can be counted on to act on the clients behalf. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend a realtor in the future, Jennifer would be the one and only choice. She is top notch! She's a superstar! We thank Jennifer very much!

This is our second time using Jennifer's services and she does not disappoint. Even though the market was completely different this time around, she still went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible will seller concessions, rate buy down, etc. She is genuine and down to earth, never giving you the feeling that she's putting on a show.

We went with Jennifer to sell our home after hearing about her through a friend. She was the most amazing realtor! She staged and cleaned our home out of her own budget. Our home had multiple contracts within 2 weeks and she sold our home for more than list price. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

When meeting Jennifer and going through her process it was extremely educational and easy to follow. Not only did we get a graph of the order of operations, we basically were explained a dictionary of home buying terms and what that mean and how they’re applied. Jennifer spent ample time with us setting up our house search and when one came up we wanted to look at she was quick to get our feet in the door to take a look at it. With her plethora of referrals and team, we were able to get the house thoroughly inspected, issues addressed by licensed professionals and the offer we wanted was the one accepted. Jennifer fought for us when it came to our counter offer, time and time again. As far as timing, she got things done more than immediately-instantly. When I say she treats you like family, she is very honest and has integrity when showing you the house. Pointing out all the pros, cons, possible issues that could come in the future and what that would look like. When buying our first house we had a ton of questions. Whenever we called her no matter what time of day or night, if she didn’t pick up right away, we got a call back within a few minutes. We knew nothing about the home buying experience and we felt extremely confident in how she presented herself and showed up. I would recommend Jennifer and her team to everyone in the world!! Weather your selling or buying. It’s been an honor to be welcomed in to her family and her into ours! We are so thankful for her getting us into our first house with everything we asked for at the very start. She found us our dream first home to build and grow our family of 4! Jennifer helped us get top dollar for our home while also helping us find our dream home. I have bought homes before but never had an agent do anything close to as much as Jennifer. I highly recommend her.
