When I was moving back from the U.K. in late June this year Jennifer was the obvious choice for us to use as our realtor. In the few years prior to moving to the U.K. Jennifer had proven herself to us time and again and although we did not buy a new home at that time and she did not receive any compensation from us for her efforts, she demonstrated a competence, knowledge of her craft, and care factor for my wife and I which was undeniable. At one point I had put $7,000 down on a new home, but we changed our minds late in the process and I was sure we had lost our earnest funds, until a check showed up in the mail. I don't remember Jennifer saying anything about that in advance but she had discussed and worked with the builder rep to get the earnest funds returned to us and it was greatly appreciated. Snap forward a few years and we are leaving the U.K. after spending 3 years there. We appreciate and love Jennifer as a friend, but more importantly, because we were so impressed with her previous support in the past, we contacted her above other personal friendships who had realtor ties. Jennifer sent us many listing options and when we had identified one we were most interested in, she enlisted her husband to do a video walk thru of the house for us, allowing us to ask many questions. Jennifer and her husband are awesome and we really appreciated their help with this because we were buying this house unseen. We are very happy with this house. Jennifer is not only a fantastic realtor and friend, but someone who can be counted on to act on the clients behalf. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend a realtor in the future, Jennifer would be the one and only choice. She is top notch! She's a superstar! We thank Jennifer very much!
