Jeff went above and beyond what a normal realtor does. He was prompt with answers to our questions and got back to us quickly if he needed to research information. We were always informed and he was very patient with us. He wasn’t out to just make a sale, he wanted us to get what we wanted and be happy. His knowledge and professionalism made us feel very confident that he was looking out for us. Very easy to talk to and we weren’t afraid to let him know what we thought. He did so much in order for us to have our dream home. Very pleased with him and I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. We have a great appreciation for Jeff and all he did for us. You can tell he truly loves his job and cares for his clients.

Jeff Sarasin sold my mother’s townhouse for us quickly and at a great price. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the area and had excellent comps which enabled us to price the house to sell. Mom had already moved up north and our family only had a week in Florida to pack up her stuff and empty out the place. Jeff made some great suggestions for good resources for donating the many extra items. After we had returned home, he also arranged for professional house and carpet cleaning for us, and had a plumber and handyman make some small repairs before putting the townhouse on the market. The unit was under agreement a week after it went on the market and closed without incident a month later. Throughout the process Jeff was extremely personable, communicative, helpful and a consummate professional. He took care of everything—and he’s also a great guy. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and the Sarasin team to anyone selling a home in the PSL area. And if you’re not able to be in Florida at the time, this is definitely the team you want working for you.
