Jeff Sarasin sold my mother’s townhouse for us quickly and at a great price. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the area and had excellent comps which enabled us to price the house to sell. Mom had already moved up north and our family only had a week in Florida to pack up her stuff and empty out the place. Jeff made some great suggestions for good resources for donating the many extra items. After we had returned home, he also arranged for professional house and carpet cleaning for us, and had a plumber and handyman make some small repairs before putting the townhouse on the market. The unit was under agreement a week after it went on the market and closed without incident a month later. Throughout the process Jeff was extremely personable, communicative, helpful and a consummate professional. He took care of everything—and he’s also a great guy. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and the Sarasin team to anyone selling a home in the PSL area.
