Daniel was the most fun and professional real estate agent I have worked with ever. We would joke about things like jobs or life in general. It was always a good time when we either met up or had a conversation over the phone. He was always very professional with getting the house ready for the sale. He took no B.S. from other people. We had a plan and stuck to it. But he talked to me like a friend and I appreciate that! I will definitely be hiring him in any future real estate plans I make. He was always available for my million questions I had and never seemed tired or annoyed to hear from me.

Daniel became our realtor when we entered into a purchase agreement with Pulte Homes for a new home build. What we thought would be an easy experience quickly turned sour, with Pulte changing the closing date on us 5 times and countless ongoing problems with the house. However, beginning our relationship with Daniel as our realtor was a light in the process. He always strived to find the answer even when we weren't getting phone calls returned, and was always on our side to make sure we were getting answers. Communication is key for me, and it is definitely one of Daniel's best qualities, as he called me daily with updates. When we pulled out of the purchase agreement with Pulte after dozens of problems, we were incredibly disheartened but Daniel did not lose hope. He was right there with us, sharing our disappointments, and promised he would help us find our dream home. The next day, he had properties in our inbox that matched our wants and needs! When we finally found the home we wanted to call ours, he communicated seamlessly with the selling agent in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. We are now in a house that feels like home, that exceeds all of our expectations. Our situation is better than we could have imagined when we began this home buying process. Daniel had been with us from the start of this 6 month journey and was truly so happy for us. He has always been on our side from Day 1, and he makes his buyers feel like family. Daniel Burgos is an excellent agent. He was always very professional. Before we started, he took the time to speak and listen to what our likes and dislikes were when we were discussing homes. As part of our discussions, he also provided input based on his knowledge and experience. He never tried to pressure us with any of the homes that we saw. He did his research prior to showing us a home and if he did not know the answer to a question, he made sure to get it for us quickly. He assisted us from the looking stage through and after the closing. We had several questions after we purchased the home and he quickly got us the answers. We would highly recommend Daniel Burgos as an agent.
