Given that we were out of the area during the sale process, Jan took care of everything: in getting the unit ready for sale, staging, and developing a marketing campaign to drive traffic to the location. While the property was on the market, Jan was regularly in touch and always available if we had any questions. And when it came time to closing, her team made the process easy and straightforward.
