He provides excellent advice on pricing and updating a home to achieve a desired price point. Our sale was not easy, as we listed during the winter months, and Tyler provided clear actionable advice every step of the way. His marketing materials were fantastic and knowing the whole team at Southebys was behind us gave us lots of confidence in a relatively flat sellers market. Tyler went the extra mile with open houses one of which, he met and positively influenced our future buyers.
