Tyler took us under his wing when we moved to Idaho from CA in 2019. Most Idahoans didn’t much like Californians but Tyler made us feel like family. We bought a house, then bought property hoping to build our dream home. Tyler set us up with architects, builders, trades etc. that dream didn’t come true due to Covid and the crazy lumber costs. We decided to move to Kentucky after Stef got a job there and we figured it was a cheaper place to build (and it was Stefs dream place ie the horses) Tyler again stepped up and got us top dollar for our property and house! Besides being the nicest guy ever, Tyler is great at what he does! Selling our house was a breeze because Tyler is so good at what he does! Prior to signing a listing agreement Tyler did all the research needed on previous sales, current listings, and expired listings to make an informed decision on pricing. He gave me time to think about the pricing and if I wanted to sign a listing agreement without pressure. Once it was listed, he marketed it so that we had an offer that led to a purchase in 4 days. In this challenging environment he worked with the title company to work out being able to close on a very tight timeline.
