'My Pleasure.' For some, it's simply a familiar figure of speech. As a fourth-generation Idahoan, he feels privileged to call Idaho home and he understands why this part of the gem state appeals to so many. Born in Boise, and residing in Caldwell for the last 20 years, there is no place where he would rather live. He and his spouse, Jenn, were happy they could raise their four children here and living within 5 minutes of Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge and Lake Lowell, they are never at a loss when looking for something to do. A 15-minute drive into the wilds of southwest Idaho is always an opportunity they look forward to. Quite simply; the best. We chose Troy and Mogie for many reasons. They did their research; they got to truly know us as sellers; but most of all; they cared. Accountability is not always easy to find, but we knew we had this and then some with Troy and Mogie. They set expectations with us early on; they were clear in their communications; they gave us sound counsel. We are only grateful and appreciative of Troy and Mogie; they are amazing to work with.

We recently made the move to Idaho from...

We recently made the move to Idaho from Southern California. We were very picky in finding the right home and Erica was completely patient throughout the whole process. She always had time for us and would be ready to show us properties at any given time. Once she found us the home we wanted, the process could not have gone any smoother. Offer was accepted and we couldn't be happier in our new home. Erica always had an answer to our questions and wasn't afraid to share her opinion on something about a home. We are very fortunate to have had Erica as our realtor. Would recommend her to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

I can't recommend Scott highly enough. He is honest and straightforward, has a very thorough and insightful grasp of real estate, and knows what it takes to get a property sold for the best price. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and never have I worked with a realtor of Scott's caliber. His communication were always friendly, on point and timely. He did a wonderful and diligent job following up all leads and showings, and getting my property the maximum exposure possible. I really appreciate everything Scott did for me, and I give him my highest endorsement.

We worked with Holly for several months as we...

We worked with Holly for several months as we were moving from out of state. She was helpful and patient as we learned about life/areas in and around Boise. We are very happy with our new home and neighborhood. In addition to our home in Eagle, we also worked with Holly on the purchase of a second property. Holly will continue to be our first choice in future home purchases. We have referrred friends to her as well.
