Hank provides so much knowledge and insight on the geography, structure and building of the home and so much more that his knowledge and insight balances with Donalyn like I’ve never seen before. They each provide unique perspectives that mesh together so well and made us feel much more confident in our decision making every step of the way. We had very strict criteria to meet and they were the most patient people I’ve ever met and so supportive of all of our thoughts and opinions. They respected our perspectives and did not try to force their personal thoughts onto us. The amount of time they spent with us was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Our little kids were along with us often and they were incredibly gracious with them too. Now they feel more like friends and family than “agents” and the relationship we have built will continue even though our home search is over. They are genuinely great people and made us feel valued. We were introduced to Angela by mutual friends; those folks had utilized her services for the purchase of their home and recommended her to us. We traveled to Idaho and she met us without an appointment and spent 2 days driving us to 14 different houses. She had made the effort to get us into each home, allowing us the opportunity to view each one and ultimately make the decision to buy one. Angela was exceptionally helpful in every sense of the word; I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate her a 5.
We had the pleasure of working with Joseph and cannot recommend him enough! My husband and I are transplants and we had that in common with Joseph so that made it even easier to have him on board with our home purchase. We instantly felt at home and like we belonged! We were treated like family and that made it very easy to work with him. He walked my husband and I through each step of the process. We trusted him to look out for our best interest.
