Working off my degree in interior design, I moved into construction by becoming a successful contractor for over 10 years. I worked closely with homeowners, general contractors, and both big and small investors for all types of projects, big and small. This experience has fueled my passion in real estate. This experience taught me the skill to negotiate contracts; negotiations with a seller/buyer is a crucial step to winning an offer/getting the best deal.
