Geri was the best! From the moment we filled out the listing contract with her up until closing which was less than 40 days from listing, Geri kept me appraised of every step in the process. She went to bat like a mama bear when the buyers wanted a cut in price due to something that was really non-structural and trivial. Even prior to listing, she made recommendations on things to be done to the property to help bring a higher price. I would recommend that anyone in S Florida who is on the market to sell...or buy...please call her.
