Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!

I had an opportunity to work with Garrett on one of his listings where I represented a buyer. He was so professional and yet personable. Very knowledgeable and a problem solver. He has always been a kind, intelligent and hardworking young man. No matter what job he takes on he does his best. The process of selling the home was no different. He handled all tasks required to get the house ready for placing on the market. From upgrading the interior with new flooring, paint, appliances and fixtures to the outside and the necessary gardening and painting. This was a blessing as our families are handling issues at home that required our attention. He is always just a phone call away. And kept us in the loop with the whys and hows of all things regarding this process. He is a gem and we wouldn’t use any other realtor for our future needs and will continue to recommend him to our extended family, friends and acquaintances.
