We contacted Liz when my friend wanted to relocate from New Jersey to Palm Harbor. It only took us two weeks to find the property we wanted and the price we wanted, why? Liz prepared all the paperwork, she would remind us of certain dead lines. After we signed the contract, Liz had us fill out the association paperwork and Gate access number. Liz personally took that paperwork to the management office and submitted them. She read the appraisal and explained to us exactly what everything meant. We wanted to change the cold carpet and install tile instead, but we really didn’t know anyone that did that, so we add Liz and sure enough she sent us a few names to choose from.
