Too many agents out there (many of the best-known agents) are all about “how many transactions” they can do or how much commission they can make. We call them “transactional” agents.
I consider myself to be a “relationship-based” agent. You see, in all likelihood, you are trusting your agent(s) to help you with the largest financial transaction you have been a part of. Chances are you will only go through this several times in your lifetime. Here at Tri-County MD Home Team, my goal is to build a relationship with you so I know your wants, needs, fears, and desires, so I can better help you through the transaction. I pride myself in that over 90% of my business, year in and year out, comes from my past clients using me again and referring their friends, family members, and co-workers to us. Why would they do that? Because they know I will give their friends, family members, and co-workers, the same care, respect, and consideration we gave them when we helped them.
