If possible I would give Dave Monty 10 stars. His knowledge of the business and willingness to go the extra mile puts him ahead of the crowd He is like a good friend that you can always count on. I am not just speaking as a client but as a former agent that knows what an agent should be.

While at a vacation rental in The Villages this past January, we were immediately smitten with the community, the amenities, & the climate. After only a few days in the rental we decided to look at some properties. We were given Dave's name as a local realtor and we called him. Dave spent the time and asked what we we were looking for, our price range, what areas we would consider. He was very patient and showed us homes on nearly a daily basis. By the end of the month, thanks to Dave, we found a house that worked. Dave knew we were interested in finding something before returning to our home state, and made every effort to help us find the right place. Long story short Dave made the effort and tirelessly helped us in our search. Thanks to Dave's efforts, we now own a home in The Villages that we can enjoy for years to come.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Dave and would recommend him to anyone. I have worked with realtors several times in my life. They were all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. But the experience always felt as if they were only providing the bare minimum to sell your home. There was little concern about my personal situation or that of my family. They would offer "guidance" but no "assistance" or provide "Direction" without taking "action". They were "agents" not "representatives". Right from the beginning Dave was about assistance, action and representation. He made a true effort to understand us on a personal level so he could provide us the best experience possible. To me that is what differentiates him from the average realtor. I was left with the impression he was selling our home as if it were his own. Its not often you can say that about a realtor. Numerous times during the sale period he offered to help with any needed repairs and in couple instances literally did some of the repair work for us. If you contract with Dave he will do more than just sell your home. He will literally HELP YOU sell your home.
Dave did an excellent job finding homes for us to consider that were in our price range and in neighborhoods we would like. We were moving from out of state, and Dave did a wonderful job showing us around the area, including different shopping and restaurant areas that would be close to homes we were considering. Dave was extremely helpful from day one, all the way through the closing process. He was so detail oriented and worked diligently to get us a home we love for a great price. Throughout the process, I was always sure I could ask Dave anything and he would get us an answer. He is definitely an agent that works his hardest for his clients!
Dave answered any questions I had quickly and throughly even if asked after hours or on a weekend. We communicated either by phone, text or email and in all cases Dave was available and quick to respond. Dave has a calm nature combined with being very attentive to the immediacy of timing for purchasing a home. Even after closing on the house Dave was still available to answer my questions as a continuance of his gracious service.
