Once under contract he also helped us through the closing process as well as all the little things that need to be done when moving to FL from another state. All those little things add up. We were first introduced to Dave via one of his very informative videos that a Villages resident sent me a link to. It was full of helpful and insightful information (just like Dave) and made us much more comfortable with our decision to buy a second home in The Villages.
