I bought my house site unseen as I was living in VT at the time. He set me up with daily emails for houses in my budget and the floorplans I liked. Dave then worked through the offers & counter offers to get the price down to what we thought was fair. Once under contract he also helped us through the closing process as well as all the little things that need to be done when moving to FL from another state. All those little things add up. Dave took the time to set with us, patiently going over market trends and setting realistic expectations. Texting and telephone call were promptly answered.
