Dave made himself available to us via phone calls in our initial contacts with him while we were out of state. We continued this relationship over several months along with emails as we looked at options for us. Once we sold our home in WI and were ready to purchase a home, we contacted Dave about options. We found a home that Dave toured us through via iPhone FaceTime. He provided honest opinions about the house, showed the neighborhood, gave us information in regards to location, and more. He worked with the selling agent to get more information that we needed. He went above and beyond by working to get a cleaner in for us as well as replacing a sprinkler head he saw that had busted. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond (sometimes immediate, other times within several hours as he did have other clients). However, he often made us feel like we were his only clients as he gave us his full attention when we were with him. His knowledge of the Villages, traffic, pros and cons of various areas, are very valuable. His YouTube videos and budget resources were also helpful to use in deciding what we could purchase and where we wanted to focus on purchasing. We highly recommend him - and have already done so to others!

Dave was an excellent agent. He was patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted, informative when we asked questions, ultimately we were able to purchase the home with all the criteria we hoped to find. Dave was also very helpful after the sale when we needed assistance since we were not living in the home yet.

Dave helped us sell one home and purchase another in The Villages. We were particularly impressed with the knowledge and expertise he demonstrated in managing every aspect of the negotiations, renovation, and updating of the home we bought. It was a total "fixer-upper" from floors to ceiling, and everything in between, but Dave made the project a fun undertaking that ran amazingly smoothly because he had all the right resources for the job. We were also very pleased with the help both Dave and Mary Jo gave us readying the home we had to sell for the market. Their ideas were spot-on, and they both even rolled up their sleeves and worked with us on the staging. Both the photos they chose, and the MLS write-up were terrific as well.
