When Dave sells a home, he approaches it like he's selling his own home. From the first walk through where he gave many suggestions for what we could do to sell at the highest profit to closing, Dave was 100% in. Dave proposed a plan of what we could do to get top money for the property, and he was right on the money. The 12K we put into making the improvements and changes that he recommended turned into 50K higher selling price! And he was there every step of the way (setting up contractors, overseeing work quality and even doing some of the things himself), while communicating regulary with us through calls, emails and texts.
