After watching Dave’s videos for the past 2 years, I learned so much on how to go about purchasing a home in The Villages. I contacted Dave by email on a Sunday morning at 8 0’clock to take look at a home listed in The Villages. By 830 we had a time set up to view the home. He met us at the home and he had already done a walkabout. We looked at the home with Dave and discussed the pros and cons of this home. We were thinking of putting an offer in and Dave did a market analysis to see what the value of the home should be. We put an offer in and Dave was able to put a deal together for us. We connected with Dave 18 months ago. We explained we would not be able to make a move until late in 2022 as this would be the beginning of our retirement transition. Over the 18 months, Dave answered all of our questions and even visited a couple homes we thought we might be interested in prior to coming to The Villages. Each time he gave us an honest appraisal of the pluses and minuses of each house. When we arrived in The Villages for the month of November, Dave had a short list of homes to see. Each home met most of our wants, however one hit all. We bought it on the second day and closed 3 weeks later. Dave set up inspections, title company procedures, contacted the district zoning officials and was a wealth of information regarding the improvements we wanted to accomplish. Dave continues to help us in getting our new home ready for us to enjoy. One of the Dave's best attributes was his absolute impartiality in showing us the different homes. While he continually offered the facts on the differences in homes and more importantly, each Village, he never once pushed his opinions. No pressure whatsoever. I am certain that several of our friends will be moving to The Villages, and I have no reservations in strongly suggesting they use Dave.
