Second house sold to us by Dave. He is a true professional. Super helpful in the buying and searching process. Patient. Considers our needs over his own. Knowledgeable about houses (I.e. what to look for, what to look out for, answers questions quickly, etc.). No better realtor to have which is why I refer him to everyone and everyone I can!

I worked with David Landon. He was very professional in all aspects, very perceptive to what I liked and didn't and open about potential concerns and benefits without pushing me into or out of anything. Gave me honest feedback about properties we looked at and let me form my own opinions. He handled the complications that arose well, reassuring me with updates and information about what the difficulties meant and where they could go. His team I worked with briefly were also professional. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking and would use him again in a heartbeat. Very impressed.

Dave and Kirsten were great communicators throughout the entire process of selling my house. We worked together for about a year from our initial contact and meeting at my house for their initial consultation about where to price my home and what needed to be done to get it ready. They knew exactly what to price the house at to move it quickly and get a fair price. They were professional in every aspect.

Dave and Team Landon helped me to buy and sell. This review is about the sale. I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!). It sold with 3 offers within one weekend. Dave's advice was invaluable. Thanks Dave and Team!

Dave and Team Landon worked with me to both sell my old home and buy my new one. The experience was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with how it went. This review is about the purchase. This went great. We looked at about 10 homes, and with each viewing, I was able to narrow my scope and wishlist down and he learned better what I was looking for as the search continued. He always worked to get me in to see a house asap so that I didn't lose an opportunity to buy. He gave great advice on what to offer and how to navigate the process. Selling our home was a challenge because of our work/travel schedules. Team Landon went the extra mile to ensure the property was always “show-ready” with tasks such as blowing leaves off the patio and turning lights on/off. These finishing touches definitely made a difference for open house days and we knew we were in great hands. Great job to Team Landon.
