Darcie worked diligently to market our home. She scheduled frequent open houses. if she was not available she made sure an associate would hold an open house on a weekly basis and this we are sure was the key to selling our home. In addition she was successful in doing a market analysis to price our home for maximum potential. This was the second home she has sold for us, and if we had another, Darcie Furnier would be the real estate agent we would choose.
Darcie was very professional, very willing to give of her time(on the phone and in the car) and accommodated me every time we went out to look at prospective homes. She was honest about price range and helped a home buying novice find the house that matched my expectations and price range. She had recommendations for people I needed to hire...like the mortgage lender, a house inspector and an honest assessment of what I should expect from taxes and utilities.
