Crysta has a very direct “bed-side manner”, straight forward, “say it like it is”, no frills, no beating around the bush, no sales kinda gal. It came first as a surprise but was very welcome to the alternative of being sold anything we walked into. She gave honest opinions in addition to helpful market knowledge and experience over time. All of these things helped us feel comfortable following her suggestions from how much to bid to when to walk away and much more. She remained accessible though our search was intense and constant. It’s hard to stick with clients through so many houses and so many bids. She also gave us room to explore ourselves. One of the best things is all her recommendations for after we purchased the house. But through the experience she really got all the papers done in a wink of time, and constantly reassured us through the process as it can get overwhelming as the buyer. She also followed us when I think it was best to do so when we wanted to ask for a significant price reduction. I can imagine other agents not wanting to present that to a buyer but she did it all. I highly recommend her.

She was very informed on opportunities in the region, well-ahead of others, and was able to bring us to examine several off-market opportunities or listings (including our now home) before these were on the market. We were referred to Crysta by one our daughters whom Crysta help find a home in Montecito. With Crysta's professional advice we were able to purchase a home we wanted at a price we could afford. Before moving in the home needed new floors and interior painting. Crysta was excellent helping us find good contractors that charged reasonable prices. Help coordinating turn on of utilities was also much appreciated. We highly recommend her services.
