This was the second house Chris helped us buy. He’s been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process - we were “casually” looking and had Chris show us a variety of houses before calling Chris last minute to tour a house that had JUST come on the market. Chris got us in within two hours, we had an offer in an hour later and they’d accepted that evening with no counter. He coached us through the process to put together a very clean offer which was the reason they accepted it so quickly! We partnered with Chris three years ago to buy our first house and knew we wanted to work with him again when it came time to sell the house. He was great from the start of the selling process - we sat down and reviewed neighborhood specs and came up with a price point that we were very comfortable with. He got us connected with a stager, carpet cleaner, and professional photographer, and helped make sure we were good to go for open houses and periodic showings. Ultimately we only were on the market for three days before we got an amazing offer, well above asking. Chris helped us every step of the way as we passed the inspection, all the way to closing on the house. My husband and I became snowbirds about 3 years ago. We loved our house in Linden Hills, but decided that we really didn't need all the space and maintenance if we were only living there for half the year. While we were away last winter, I got a call from Chris. We chatted only for a few minutes (I was on the golf course), but I could tell that Chris was someone that loved his job and his clients. He followed up with an email and then we connected to have a longer conversation about his approach to selling our home. It was different from other agents. More streamlined, less complicated. Chris helped us navigate through that. Then, we had other offers that were not quite the right ones for us... Chris helped navigate through those as well. And, got us through the finish line when we had the perfect offer come our way. His knowledge of the markets; about our neighborhood (and the cities in general), his humor, his empathy and his "sales sense" are beyond compare. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Being in a time crunch and needing to move ASAP, Chris went out of his way to show me any and all houses virtually as I was moving from out of state. I was able to find a house and get an offer accepted in under 24 hours. But it didn’t stop there, it was a struggle to get into this house and work with the seller and Chris made sure to push through and get me into the house. Best experience of buying a house so far (and I’ve moved 3 times in 4 years)!

Things didn't go exactly to plan but Chris was right there with us every step of the way helping get through the unforseen challenges with some of the buyers who came through our home. He also was very respectful of our time handling scheduling so we didn't need to drop everything at a moments notice to get the kids and pets out of the house

Chris made the process of selling our new home a breeze! We received an off-market over-asking offer and couldn’t be more pleased with the process!
