My husband and I became snowbirds about 3 years ago. Things didn't go exactly to plan but Chris was right there with us every step of the way helping get through the unforseen challenges with some of the buyers who came through our home. He also was very respectful of our time handling scheduling so we didn't need to drop everything at a moments notice to get the kids and pets out of the house
