Chris was referred to us by our son-in-law. He had different marketing strategies than other agents and explained them to us to start the conversation. While we had a newer, well kept up house, we were located next to an industrial business. While there was not much noise from the building or trucks, the potential was there. There were comments like, we love the house, but do not want to move next to that business. I have no doubt Chris would of had our house sold in a couple days if our house was not next to that business. We were impressed with his marketing knowledge and experience. He also stated the market was not that same as it was several months earlier so we appreciated the reality of the situation. We were more impressed with his positivity that the house would sell despite the obstacles. He was only a phone call away when we had questions or concerns and he would check in every week. When it comes to selling your home, you may be like me and not even know where to start. On our walks through the neighborhood, my husband and I kept seeing “For Sale” and “Sold” signs everywhere. We finally decided, let’s do it! We were so excited, thinking of the money we were going to make and our next adventure. We ended up listing with an agent, and nothing happened. Panic set in and all the dreams we had for our next step disappeared. We ended up removing our home from the MLS and decided maybe it wasn’t the right time for us. Then along came Chris. We've bought and sold about a half dozen homes over the years. Chris brought attention to detail, knowledge, skill, and levity to one of the more stressful activities in life: selling and buying a home. He made it fun and enjoyable and at the end of the day, helped us make more money than we thought we would when putting our house on the market.
