Carol was wonderful to work with. In the past my parents house was for sale and sat on the market for awhile. Within two months of Carol taking the listing the house was under agreement and sold. As I looked for an investment property off shore Carol continued to send real estate listings for more then a year and a half before we located the right property. Carol sold our home in record time and close to asking price. Although the repairs requested by the seller took some time, she was diligent in making sure that contractors were working and on track. Since we are not in the area, she took on many of the tasks that we would have had to do had we been on site.
