Carol sold our home in record time and close to asking price. Although the repairs requested by the seller took some time, she was diligent in making sure that contractors were working and on track. Since we are not in the area, she took on many of the tasks that we would have had to do had we been on site. Although there were tense moments due to timing, she remained calm and continued to move the process forward. I would highly recommend her for the sale or purchase of a home.
