Carol helped my wife and I purchase our home in Del Haven. She negotiated a great deal for us and even helped me identify local contractors whom I could trust to update our home. I'd hire Carol again in an instant.

We had the perfect selling experience with Carol Menz of Coastline Realty. Carol priced our home just right we had many, many bids well over asking. Coastline Realty and Carol were very professional and a pleasure to work with, we would have her sell for us anytime. Susan & Michael Janoski

Outstanding service, very friendly, always kept us informed on details related to our house purchase.

Carol is the consummate professional. I have had several real estate transactions with her and she goes over and above for her customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Her knowledge of the market is off the charts and she always makes herself available. She is on top of her game and it shows. I would highly recommend her services.

We were referred to Carol by good friends of ours who had worked with Carol to purchase their home in Cape May. We knew from them that she was very knowledgeable about the market and would be the best choice to help us navigate a very tough market for buyers. Throughout the very short process, Carol kept things moving and was always very responsive. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly answered. We felt we were in very capable hands throughout the process and would highly recommend Carol!

Carol is an outstanding realtor and advocate. We just purchased our first beach property with her and have only positive things to say about Carol and Coastline Realty. We were purchasing from afar and they truly helped us navigate each and every step of the purchase. I will definitely work with Carol again and look forward to it!

Carol Menz is an amazing Realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the New Jersey Real Estate Market. She provided invaluable insights and guidance in our search for a new home in Cape May. She was truly a partner in our search. In addition to her personal advice, she provided focused and timely emails whenever there was an update to homes within our search criteria. She was never too busy to take our calls or answer our questions. Once we found a home, her personal touch with the seller's agent really made a difference in our successful bid for our new home. Carol was also a great resource for all aspects of our move. She has an extensive network of recommended local professionals for Mortgage, painters, home inspectors, real estate attorneys, insurance, etc., which made our move from out of state go smoothly and relatively stress free. We highly recommend Carol and Coastline Realty.

We had a great experience with Carol. She was successful in selling my wife’s condo which had been a burden for us for a long time. A total professional who is willing to go the extra mile for her customers. We will be using her in the future.

5 stars ALL THE TIME!!! if there were more stars on the rating she would be getting the highest ranking at all times.

I was Impressed by how strongly she represented me. No wavering just 100% my broker. No pressure to take an offer. I highly recommend her
