Carol is an excellent real estate agent. She did a fantastic job of staging showing, and selling our seasonal shore house. She was personable, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend Carol whether you're selling or buying a house in Cape May.

Carol was nothing but professional from start to finish in the sale of my parents home in West Cape May. She had great suggestions and advice and walked us through every step of this process. I would recommend Carol Menz to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Cape May County. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I have been in the real estate appraisal business for over 40 years. As expected I have had dealings with all types of people. Carol Menz is a true professional in every sense and is highly recommended for all of your real estate needs.

When we were ready to put our shore house up for sale. We knew that a local broker who knew the area and had name recognition were imperative attributes. We did our research and the name of Carol Menz continued to surface to the top of the list. She is a Platinum Broker in Cape May County and has been for a number of years. When we made the call, Carol actually picked up the phone. We had a discussion about our desires and wishes regarding the property. Carol came prepared with current comps, recent sales and the current activity in the area. Carol gave us sound advice and counsel from the time we signed the agreement of sale to the day we settled on the property. We never experienced a disconcerting moment or feeling. Carol is the real deal. She always listened and gave back constructive clarity when needed. We have no qualms or reservations recommending Carol Menz at Coastline Realty. If you are buying or selling in Cape May do yourself a favor and reach out to her. You will not be disappointed.

It was/is an amazing experience to work with Carol and her team at Coastline Realtors. We never had a disconcerting feeling or moment from the time we signed the agreement of sale to the settlement. Carol was there every day advising and counseling, as we moved forward with our sale. Carol was the person we dealt with always, not someone on her team. She was on top of everything and had the answers. Carol is like the Energizer Bunny, always available, knows the details of what is going on, and is professional and courteous in her demeanor and delivery. When we decided to sell. We wanted to have someone who knew the Cape May area. When we did our research for a broker Carol's name continued to come up. She is a Platinum Broker, most of the realtors on her team are Gold, Silver or Bronze, that's impressive. We have bought and sold seven homes in our 57 years of marriage. We have bought and sold homes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia. We have dealt with a number of brokers in our excursion of home ownership this by far was the most restful and efficient. From the day we first met Carol to the day we made settlement we knew we were in good hands we never had any anxiety or uneasiness. We have no qualms or reservations about recommending Carol Menz for your sale or purchase. I am just thinking about this as we write this endorsement, and we are not being compensated for this....."If you want the Best get Carol Mentz".

I have worked with Carol and her team for many years in the real estate industry. Always professional and courteous.

Carol is the most professional smartest person in this field in this county for any real estate transaction she will respond to you in five minutes and she will have an answer to any question you could possibly think of she has sold numerous properties for me over the past 10 years she is the best

I owned a property that was very challenging to sell. It was a low value condominium and I struggled with it for years. Carol stepped in and made me feel like I was listing a million dollar home even though it was a tenth of that. She and her team worked tirelessly to get the deal done and made it happen. Her expertise and drive are definitely 5 star quality. I will definitely trust her with my future real estate deals. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the service I received from Carol and I 100% recommend her!

Carol Menz is the ultimate professional realtor and I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling property in Cape May County. My experience with Coastline Realty and particularly Carol has been positive and fruitful. I highly recommend Carol

LOVE, love Carol and her team. Not only was this was our first time purchasing a home but it was an important purchase in that it was an ideal property for our future home/business plans. Add to that, timeliness was a big factor as our business was contingent on closing as soon as possible. WOW ... Carol was on top of the deal, was always available 24/7 (even on her vacation!), no detail was too small for her to follow up on AND she did double duty as the seller did not use an agent to assist with his portion of the sale. I still am amazed at how she remembered every little detail that needed to be done or that the seller needed to do for the sale to go through. We know Carol deals with multi million dollar properties and ours was nothing close to those prices but we were treated as if we were and like we were her only clients.

This is house number THREE with Carol, and if there are anymore in my future I'll have her right by my side. She's that good! Due to the seller's market we're in, we had to look at many homes until I was able to get the latest, and Carol had no issues with the leg work. We went through multiple home negotiations and she knew exactly what to do in every situation that came up. I can't say enough good things about her. If your buying or selling a home, you need to use Carol, period.

Having Carol as your buying agent is the best decision you can make regarding buying a home. This is the second home that Carol was my buying agent for and the second time she represented my interests and performed flawlessly. From finding the home until the keys were in my hand, Carol took care of every aspect of the buying experience. She fought for my wants and needs and made sure I was kept in loop every step of the way. I can not emphasize enough what a great real estate agent Carol is
