LOVE, love Carol and her team. Not only was this was our first time purchasing a home but it was an important purchase in that it was an ideal property for our future home/business plans. Add to that, timeliness was a big factor as our business was contingent on closing as soon as possible. WOW ... Carol was on top of the deal, was always available 24/7 (even on her vacation!), no detail was too small for her to follow up on AND she did double duty as the seller did not use an agent to assist with his portion of the sale. I still am amazed at how she remembered every little detail that needed to be done or that the seller needed to do for the sale to go through. We know Carol deals with multi million dollar properties and ours was nothing close to those prices but we were treated as if we were and like we were her only clients.
