Carol provided outstanding guidance, recommendations and was incredibly resourceful during the entire process of selling my home! I'm so grateful she was my realtor during the sale of my house. Despite unexpected setbacks such as a spontaneous leak in the ceiling during my first showing and a mold issue found upon inspection, she maintained her amazing professionalism and helped calmed down my horrified nerves and she made sure to not frighten off the buyers. After the mold mitigation, the sale went through beautifully and much faster than I ever expected. I strongly recommend using her and her fabulous team for anyone interested in selling their home. The entire team was extremely helpful, honest, respectful, fun to work with but still professional. No one was better prepared to handle the unexpected and sooth my anxious nerves throughout the selling process. What could have been a nightmare was instead a very seamless process. We just moved up here from Austin, TX, and had an exceptionally difficult move in front of us with the logistics, timing, having to time selling our house/making an offer, and being unfamiliar with the Denver Real estate market and process. Carol and her Husband Rob did an absolutely incredible job of helping us land the perfect house (for us). Carol was patient and had the time to go through all the steps of the process from start to finish. She kept my wife and my best interests in mind at every stage, making sure we knew what our rights were, what the realities of the situation were, and would dig in and get details about anything we asked. Rob knows *everyone*. We needed to have the popcorn ceilings remediated, get concrete poured for an RV pad, get flooring, painting, and drywall repair going all ASAP so we had a habitable home to move into as early as possible. Rob hooked us up with some of the best (and reasonably priced) contractors and people in the area who've been doing an exceptionally great job of taking care of us after our move. Above it all, Carol is just an overwhelmingly positive character and her experience is second to none. I've used RE's for many years, bought and sold half a dozen homes at this point, and Carol is one I'm happy to recommend to friends, family, whoever out there on the internet, trust me (if you'd like), you're not going to find a better RE couple in all of Denver than Carol and Rob.

This is our second time working with Carol in 2 years. We had to put our house on the market un-expectantly in October 2022. This was a little nerve racking due to the recent housing market downturn. Our hopes were to list the house in early November and close before the end of the year but knew this could be difficult in the current market. Carol settled those nerves quickly and put together a gameplan. She pulled comps in our area since the market downturn. Based off those, she recommended an asking price. I wasn't confident we would get a full offer but sure enough within 4 days of listing, a full price was offered. We closed December 15th! Carol did a great job researching and recommending a price point. Her team was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. My wife and I were once again very happy working with Carol and her team throughout the process. I will recommend Carol to any prospective seller/buyer I cross paths with in the future.
