The listing of this property had many challenges. I did not own the home, only the trustee living 17 hours away. The property came onto the market expedited by an aggressive illness not something that was planned for. The house required lots of updates to include finishing off unfinished rooms. She is deeply connected with the county and community, and she supplied me with multiple contacts to help get me started in multiple realms of the building process: traffic study consultant, noise study consultant, engineers, bank reps, etc. She also attended my pre-approval meeting with Douglas County, asked all the questions I didn't even know to ask, provided information on my property to questions that I wouldn't have known how to answer, and then hosted a follow-up meeting with me and my general contractor to ensure we were all on same page, that I understood the information, and that I knew how to proceed and had the connections to do so. I truly am so grateful in all the ways she came alongside me in this process, and I know she is still just a text, email, or phone call away if I ever need her help in the future.
