Adaptable agent

We hired Brandon to sell our home in Aurora and this guy outperforms! We had about 4 to 5 months of obstacles brought on by everything from the house not fully being ready on our end all the way to things like market shifts. Brandon would be brutally honest to tell us exactly what we needed to hear instead of sugar coating things to result and not getting the house sold. And once we had buyers in place, we felt he was untouchable at reading the room to negotiate to maximize what we took home out of the sell of our home. I couldn’t ask for a better agent to be on my team.

Truly Invested in Helping Us Find the Right Home

Brandon was great to work with. From the beginning, he took the time to really get to know my wife and I, not just what we said we wanted in a house, but what actually mattered to us as we walked through each home. He paid attention to how we reacted, the way we talked about different features, and the little things we cared about. We didn't know the area at all and he was constantly sharing his knowledge about areas, weather, trains, commutes, and what areas had been going thru as far as the ups and downs of the general market place. Before long, he was finding homes that fit us because he genuinely understood our priorities. Just seeing that mirror helped us refine the most important details. During negotiations, Brandon was a true partner. He walked us through each gate and choke point, explained what to expect, and helped us think several steps ahead. He protected us and our investment at every decision point, making sure we understood the implications without ever feeling pressured. We always felt supported, informed, and confident. If you want someone who is thoughtful, strategic, and truly invested in your family’s best interests, I can’t recommend Brandon enough.

It felt like he understood our vision and what we valued for our family. When it came to negotiations, he was a partner. He walked us through each gate and choke point, explained the risks clearly, and helped us think several steps ahead.
