Went out of his way to try and work with my schedule meeting after work a few on the weekends. My only real complaint is when it came to the negotiation phase, I don't feel like I was properly informed on things, being stone walled there wasn't great. Other than that I do recommend him, the market really just sucks these days.

Boyd went above and beyoud to help us find the right house for us in one of the hardest markets ever. Always very polite and prompt with responses. He spent extra time teaching us everything we needed to know about buying our first home. His team and or assistants were all super nice as well. He will move fast on a place if he knows it's what you are looking for and will not sell you any bull. Me and the wife definitely recommend going with him for you house buying needs.
