Bonnie Emmett

A friend who highly recommended Bonnie Emmett to me referred to her affectionately as the Silent Tiger and after working with her over the course of time I added the phrase Velvet Hammer to summarize Bonnie's approach to the buying and selling of both my homes. Bonnie will go the extra mile to work with her clients. Tricky and problematic situations bring the aforementioned terms into context. She is known in the real estate business as highly ethical and experienced. She works diligently to make certain there are no surprises during the closing process.

Bonnie and her husband have become family friends through the course of several real estate transactions. She works very hard at making this stressful time bearable for all of us and is always ready with a new idea to get past seemingly impossible roadblocks.

Bonnie was always very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Always knew where I stood during the whole thing. She also is very experienced so was able to provide suggestions and things we could do to make the property more appealing. Highly recommend her as an agent.

Two critical points: 1) Bonnie tells the homeowners what they need to hear, 2) and then offers solutions. Bonnie helped guide us through negotiations with a difficult buyer (although I may have been a difficult seller). Either way, we were happy with the result. I cannot imagine marketing a house with anyone else.

Bonnie helped us find a house, some of which was in person, but because we are coming from out-of-state, much of our communication was remote. Twice, she helped show us houses remotely through Facetime, plus she is well connected throughout south Denver, so that was helpful to have detailed information and knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, etc. Great experience overall and highly recommented!
