Her advice on staging, small and large improvements, pricing strategy, and market conditions made a huge difference. Bonnie helped us find a house, some of which was in person, but because we are coming from out-of-state, much of our communication was remote. Twice, she helped show us houses remotely through Facetime, plus she is well connected throughout south Denver, so that was helpful to have detailed information and knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, etc. Great experience overall and highly recommented!
