I was referred to Beverly and thank goodness I was! The house I ended up buying wasn't even a house I really wanted to see. But, I'm glad I trusted her instincts and she knew what I was looking for; it worked out very well! Beverly really knows what she is doing and she's been doing it long enough to know the things that newer agents or agents that haven't been in the area long won't know! Her lender referral played a huge role in getting my offer accepted, too! Beverly is honest and transparent, she'll tell you what she knows and what she doesn't know (thankfully, she knows a lot.) She was always pointing out things to be concerned about that I'd never think of and always had my interests as her priority. This was especially helpful buying a house by myself.
