Getting my condo to closing was a nightmare because of the problems that the local government created because of issues with a new program they were using. Even with her ability to understand and work with the local government procedures and employees it was a frustrating, prolonged and challenging event for everyone involved.

Weather you are new to South Florida or returning home like we did, Barbara is YOUR real-estate agent. Barbara’s knowledge and expertise in the area helped My wife and I find an amazing home in a crazy market. Our experience with Barbara and her team was pivotal in finding our home, when homes were on the market for only a matter of days and prices were tough for buyers. Her experience negotiating helped us to get a home in this market climate and at a fair price.

Prior to meeting Barbara, my home was on the market for 1 solid year with only about 3 viewings. I was introduced to Barbara about 6months after I took my house off the market with the perevius realtor. At our first meeting she came very well prepared, she had all the informtion on my property. She explained to me what I needed to do to prepare my house to go back on the market. I did what she told me, during that time she checked in with me every once in awhile never pressuring me in regards to when I wanted to put my house back up. When I was ready I called her and she went to WORK! She had a professional photographer come and take pictures and a video of my property, she had flyers made and prepared for an open house.Needeless to say…the open house was a success and we had a prospective buyer within one week of my house being on the market.Unfortunately that buyer did not qualify. I wanted to wait a bit before we put it back on the market she was not having it. We put the house back up and that same day and we had a buyer. My house sold for $10k over appraised value. She was with me every single step of the way. BTW not only did she sell my house but she also helped me pack for my move to Texas. She connected me with a realtor in Texas that was pretty good…of course not as good as Barbara. I thank my friend every day for introducing me to her. The one thing I relly liked about her…she was always available to me no matter what time I called her. She deserves much more than 5 stars as far as I’m concern.
