From the moment we signed with Leslie, we knew we were in good hands. She graciously guided us through the process of selling our mother’s home during a very difficult time, which helped ease the stress of our loss. Leslie truly knows the market inside and out and advised us on pricing the home appropriately so it wouldn’t sit. She communicated with us every step of the way and ultimately sold the home quickly. Even when Leslie had a scheduling conflict and couldn’t attend the closing, she made sure we were taken care of by sending her partner, Heather, to be there with me so I wouldn’t have to go through it alone. Leslie was a God sent. Me and my mom had been searching realtors to help with a sale of a family home and I saw her reviews and my heart led me to her. She was exceptional. She immediately took initiative to meet and take a look at the home, she didn’t judge the condition or lower our spirits, she kept us in good faith. Before choosing a realtor I did some research on the local New Orleans subreddit, and Leslie came highly recommended by multiple people. After working with her to buy our house, I can see why. She has incredible attention to details and cares about the buyers ending up with the right house for them. She doesn’t gloss over potential issues in the hopes of making a sale, and her recommended inspectors were top notch. She knows what she’s doing, and while we don’t plan on moving any time soon we would use her again in a heartbeat. I also got to work briefly with her partner Heather when Leslie was out of town, and Heather was also wonderful. They are a great team.
